Acoustic Guitars

"The Practice Guitar" - I can't tell you anything about the brand. In the back of the sound-hole is a sticker saying: Model K-100. It's smaller than a regular acoustic; possibly a child's guitar. This considerably beaten-up example was found at the Salvation Army. It has a warped neck, a tinny sound, and is easy and fun to play. I've used it on the Thought To Be Extinct album.

Mann Acoustic - This one is full size, in excellent shape, and has a much warmer tone. If anything it's a little on the bassy side. Strings high off the fretboard and the weird shape of the body make it difficult to play. But the sound makes it worth the effort.
