Akai S1000

Akai S1000 - A dinosaur of a sampler which weighs 9 kilos and takes up much more space than I'd expected it to. But I love it :) It's easy to use, just not very good at interfacing with the computer. Until I overcome a baffling sysex problem I can't trade samples between it and the PC. Thank goodness for floppies, or it would be useless.

It has full MIDI in/out/thru. I play the samples via the Alpha Juno as a controller keyboard.
